The Mental and Emotional Health Series for Clients with Clinical Diagnoses is a flexible curriculum that allows you to customize and optimize the care you provide your clients individually or in group therapy.
Trauma & PTSD module content and exercises focus on trauma's impact on the brain and nervous system; adverse childhood experiences and generational trauma; skills to cope with triggers, stigma and unhelpful thought patterns. Workbook activities help clients manage medication regimens and identify strategies for handling recovery setbacks.
The Trauma & PTSD module kit includes 1 facilitator guide, 10 workbooks and 1 DVD.

About The Series
The Mental and Emotional Health Series for Clients with Clinical Diagnoses draws on evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). The series features six topic-specific modules, each with a DVD and accompanying workbook:
