The Mental and Emotional Health Series is a flexible curriculum designed for clients who have mild to moderate mental and emotional health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), the series offers clients targeted exercises to build skills in managing a variety of mental health issues. The series includes a facilitator guide as well as six workbooks and six videos on key topics.
Ideal for clients who wrestle with feelings of low self-worth, this workbook and accompanying video help participants understand that, while self-esteem is ever changing, there are practices that can nurture it. Exercises focus on the connection between thinking patterns, values, goals, habits, and relationships and their influence on self-esteem, in addition to offering strategies for building participants' self-compassion.
