Session One: Anger
Earnie Larsen renowned author and lecturer in the fields of recovery, addiction, and unwanted behaviors, defines anger, explains how it is learned early in life, and describes how cycles of anger develop when a person continues to express anger in unhealthy ways. Session Two: Healing Repressed Anger

Session Three: Forgiveness
Earnie Larsen explains that recognizing anger is important, but that without forgiveness, recognizing anger will only create resentment. An ex-offender tells the painful story of his struggle.
Session Four: Reconciliation
This final session addresses the question of reconciliation. A powerful scene shows the struggle of one man trying to reconcile in a deeply wounded relationship.
